Art therapy
What is art therapy?
Art therapy is a therapeutic accompaniment for people of all ages. It offers a safe place where you can make the invisible visible and the intangible tangible. In this protected space, you can express yourself freely and express what lives deep inside you. It is an immersion into your own inner world – a journey to yourself.
The aim of art therapy
The aim of art therapy is to find good access to oneself. It opens up the opportunity to try things out creatively, develop new solutions and rediscover inner resources. Art therapy expands your own creative scope and gives you a new zest for life.
Art therapy can help:

Tackle upsetting experiences with care |
Reduce tensions and find a balance |
Reduce and express fears |
Get in touch with yourself and feel yourself better |
Discover and understand new design possibilities |
Recognize and promote your own strengths |
My offer
In my studio in Köstendorf you can work on your life themes in a creative way and use all the tools at your disposal. I can also offer you or your clients therapeutic creative sessions at your facility.
I specialize in art-therapeutic grief work and art therapy with children. Through my intensive therapeutic involvement and personally formative experiences with the subject of death, I offer you particularly sensitive and competent support in these areas.
Art therapy with me means creating and getting out, it means being allowed to show yourself and be yourself, and it means turning your life around.
