Sometimes it’s the small, unexpected moments that touch the heart: A bright drop of color. A quiet smile. A child who gets into action and is completely with himself. An adult who can release tension by creating and feels freer.
Such moments of happiness – tender, honest and strong – are created during art therapy sessions on the sunny island.
Like on a path where it’s not just the destination that counts: We often only discover what is really important when we are doing it. A path that I accompany with joy and mindfulness.
