Painting grief, finding solace<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An art therapy family afternoon for parents, grandparents & children<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Grief comes in all colors.<\/strong>When a loved one dies, everything changes. Children, parents or grandparents often find very different ways of dealing with the loss – sometimes they don’t have the words, often they don’t have the strength. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this art therapy creative time, families find a protected framework to express what moves them internally with colors, shapes and materials. It is not about having to achieve something or find the right words – but about a shared, creative path that creates closeness and relieves stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you can expect:<\/strong>– gentle introduction, even if your concentration or strength is low– free design with various materials – no prior knowledge required– a place where everything is allowed to be there: pain, silence, even laughter– non-judgmental guidance at your own pace– if desired: space for quiet exchange or retreat<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Particularly important:<\/strong>This art therapy creative space is open to anyone who is grieving in a family – be it after the loss of a parent, partner or grandparent. No previous artistic knowledge is necessary. Your child can simply be a child. You can simply be there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who for:<\/strong>For parents, parents, grandparents and children who have lost a loved one and are looking for a common expression of grief. It is also possible to work in an individual setting – it is best to contact us in advance by telephone so that we can discuss and clarify what the right setting is for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goal:<\/strong>A protected, loving space to get in touch with each other – about what was, what is missing and what strengthens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration:<\/strong> approx. 2.5 to 3 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants:<\/strong> max. 4 people (e.g. one parent or grandparent with up to 3 children). An individual setting is also always possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
