Reflecting on your own media consumption through art<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n

When was the last time you consciously put your cell phone aside and devoted yourself to what is going on inside you?<\/p>\n\n

In this workshop, we will take time to explore the influence of the media world on our thoughts, feelings and actions. What images, information and impressions do we encounter on a daily basis? What touches, overwhelms or inspires us – and how can we respond to these experiences in a creative way? <\/p>\n\n

After a short mindfulness exercise, we open up a protected space for artistic creation. A variety of materials are available:– collage material<\/strong> to recombine images and shift meanings,– ink and acrylic paints<\/strong> to work spontaneously and expressively, and– pastel crayons, colored pencils and graphite<\/strong> to create differentiated and multi-layered designs. <\/p>\n\n

The focus is not on learning specific techniques, but on personal experience and individual expression.<\/p>\n\n

The workshop is aimed at all interested parties – no previous knowledge is required.<\/p>\n\n
